just came back from jogging
and i feel much better
i just love jogging when i feel like it
in the evening
from 6.30-9.00
when running i feel at peace with the world
such serenity
just me
myself
and

i just love it!
such exclusive me-time
then there are those moments
when i just widen my steps and run faster
faster
and
faster
gosh does it feel good..
i cant quite describe it
but its rather spiritual
hahahaha

oooohhh did i mentioned that i put on 3 kgs after drinking vegetable soup??

today when i was running...
there were so many young couples walking..
and i noticed sth..
the girls were all wearing the same thing..
what a coincidence
and they were led by the guys
strange
i never really thought about that
is that to say that girls become passive when attached?
dependent?
wow..
the mutability of humans man..

oh a lighter note..
i shall reintroduce u to SUPER SPASMYA

SUPER SPASMYA
this super hero fights crimes
and presents a glimmer of hope for all of mankind
she's spectacular
and has an array of powers
powers that are really 2nd nature to the human kind

detachable helmet hair that prevents her from any possibilities of concussions
doubles up as a bowl when she is hungry(for instant noodles namely)
has a peircing laughter that disrupts the frequency of all high tech crimes
extremely disruptive.. stopping criminals in their tracks
tendency to move so rapidly when laughing ( spasmic effect)
that she becomes invisible to eye
and therefore invinicible to all
laughter often sparks off bouts of farts
farts strong enough to power a rocket into space
(talk about energy saving.. there is one drawback though.. methane that attacks the ozone layer)
lastly she has had a boob job before
however she has this fantastic magical power that creates the illusion that she didnt have boob job
oh well.. and there u have it.. SUPER SPASMYA..

just a little more excessive
being excessive isnt really necessarily a bad thing ya noe..
