heya! im back! heee sorry for not updating my blog... im at the beverly wilshire hotel now.. (the regent) and they dont have free internet access and my room is in the other blog and im a pretty lazy kid.. so i havent been blogging... yea not to mention that the tv here is great and just yesterday i caught south park and there was a marathon on will and grace and sex and the city.. two of my favourite shows..heee not to mentioned i havent watched tv in ages because of the A's and also that my tv has been spoilt for 2 mths and counting.. speaking of which i just realised that its been less than a month since the last a level paper which included that catestrophic AP essay i wrote but it seems like ages.. funny how time seemed to pass so much faster when we were studying for the A's . yea yea yea.. and the frazzled me going NOTIME NOTIME NOTIME! AHAHAHA oh and i just realised that this hotel was the hotel that was used in pretty woman the movie... the one which richard gere stayed in ;)
oh yes... yesterday i went to MAGIC MOUNTAIN!! damnnn the rides there are like fantabulous! weeee! so much better than the lame ones at escape that only go round and round in circular motion.. riding on that shit is like crap ... makes u sick and as estha would put in vommity.. hahaha i sat all the rides there except for two cause we didnt have time... booohoooo... i really wanted to sit the 'x' but the queue was so damn bloody long.. oh ya.. i sat all the rides alone! cause retarded elaine refused to get on any of the rides with me cause shes a baby.
dejavu was the best i tell u.. hmmm how do i begin desecribing the rollercoasters man? there were so many and they were AWESOME.. yes as u all know i have a fetish for roller coasters.. i love them.. i desire them... bring them on baby! hahaha ok enough bull. anyway dejavu was simply the best.. ur legs were not on anything... it was left suspended and there was nothing ontop of ur head.. so all therer was was u clamped into the seat... and then they left u suspended in the air! veritical fall... backward vertical fall .. sharp turns... sudded inertia and then sudden acceleration... then u'd never know when it was going to move back wards or forwards... and lucky me! i was sitting right infront so the thrill was even greater! yea and for some parts they left u suspended face downwards then stop for a moment or two... so basically i was just left dangling facing the ground since i was in the first row... thinking i was going to slip.. feeling that adrenaline rush.. and that sense of insecurity of anticipation .. and then WHOOSH! down u go! woo weee! that was just simply divine! u have to experience it to understand how i felt.. it was wonderful.. i bet u it was even better than having an orgasm or sorts..
oh yes and then there was that superman ride.. from 0mp the ride just suddenly accelerated to 100mph vertically upwards and then u'd come face to face with superman at the top who was placed parellel to level ground.. the ride was abt 10 stories high and it was over in 10 seconds... that was one ride where i felt as though my face was abt to be ripped apart.. it was a magnificent ride.. a work of art.. and i sat that TWICE! cause there was no queue also la.. it was quite hard to find...
oh and then i went for a paid ride... the bungee! hahahhaa... they hoisted me up 10 stories into the air.. and i had this hook behind me... when i heard them say alpha one two three i was to pull it and then plunge down.. when i was being hoisted up and suspened in the air.. i was in this state of (shit i forgot the word) everything was just so transcedental? i didnt know what i was thinking or feeling or whatever.. that feeling was just priceless.. so precious.. and the thrill was even greater cause u were only suspended by a harness and a wire.. and when it was finally time to pull the trigger.. it was ... i just plunged.. and i screamed... it was sooooo goood! now i know how it feels to jump off a building .. only this time.. i knew i was safe. and going to live.. and then i started swinging.. thru and fro up and down.. high to low.. i wish i could fly..
hahaha just then i decided that i shall set down some goals for myself..
1. i want to be a funky granny of an age of 60 and still be able to do such stuff
2.i must come back to magic mountain and do it all over again in my early 20s with some friends who will actually accompany me and share my passion for roller coasters...
3. im gonna bring my children to such theme parks as soon as they can start riding these rides and ride with them
4. my future husband must be able to ride roller coasters
5. i want to work in a theme park for awhile..
and then there were the others that were equally fantastic and didnt involve lame rotatations only.. the roller coasters were huge and like they spread out over a span of probably 100m by 200 ms.. hello take a look at the ones in escape.. sighhh oh my! i wish i could stay there forever and continue my rendezvous with my darling roller coaster rides...
yea and retarded elaine insisted that we'd take the boat ride.. (the only rides she said she could take) the boat ride is sth like the log ride.. but less intense.. we didnt sit the log ride.. so yea.. it was WINTER and she made me go up that stupid boat that was wet.. i wore a winter jacket and i looked like an aline ( i didnt want to get wet) and this is because the people here are mad.. it was so cold up on magic mountain ( plus the factors like the wind when riding to roller coaster etc) and they wore singlets! my goodness.. so as the boat went up water started trickling down my ass. that stupid girl made me sit in front cause she didnt dare to... ahahaha.. so while the boat was rushing down.. i made loser signs and gave my cheeky smile to express the fact that elaine is a loser.. and u should see the photos .. there she was behind me with her eyes closed .. her face squashed up and there as this look of terror on her face.. a picture paints a thousand words.. and that expression was just priceless...
yep so that ended my journey in magic mountain.. today i went to universal studios and hollywood bvld.. the wax museum and ripleys believe it or not museum... and trust me.. the streets were rather interesting.. but i shant bore u today.. how abt tmr ? because somethig interesting did happen:)
anyay im missing all of u back in singapore and i cant wait to meet up with all of u again.. ill most probably be back by jan 15th..
