im currently listening to celine dion..
i think she sounds better live.. her performance in caesar's palace was just simply enchanting..
ok the stage and dancing was abit not up to standard as compared to the strips other performances but celine dion made up for all of it...
her ticket was like 250us$ but it was worth every single cent...would i watch it again if given the opportunity? hell yeah... 10 times and i wont even be bored of it
speaking of performers... lets talk abt david copperfield... the sexiest man alive
i think the power of the gaze concept that we learnt in gothic literature would apply here...
he has this air of nochalance.. charmingly witty and because he manifests his wit and humour so subtlely it makes it ever more so powerful and alluring...plus his illusions were not only flawless and sublime but he skillfully managed to inject comedy into them... it was a fascinating show..
i got to catch wang li hom in concert as well.. wang li hom is really quite talented he plays many instruments and i must say that i was rather impressed.. and after the concert we got a seat near him at the coffee house hahaaha and he has baby smooth skin that any girl would be envious of...
speaking of stars and performers..
we bumped into Ryan seacrest at a japanese restaurant in beverly hills called nobu that served the most divine cuisine ever ever ever ever... yummy belly tummy .. he was right in front of us when we spotted him... heeee and sadly he is shorter than i am.. but his hair was perfectly gelled up.. wonder how long it took him cause i know of some guys who spend 1 hr to gell their hair to the so called perfect shape... and they say that girls are vain
oooohh and in wynn las vegas we were standing next to jet li in the baccarat tournament that el's dad was participating in... he was dressed inconspicuously in a worn leather jacket and a cap.. and he was sanding right next to us when i whispered to elaine ."hey that guy looks like jet li..on ur left"and as usual that retard did the most unwanted thing.. she pointed to the security guard that stood like 5 metres away from the left and while doing so pointed st across jet li;s face and said in a rather loud voice ."that guy looks like jet li?" jet li heard her obviously and i guess got frightened away... afterthat that maniac was like a well.. maniac scouting the place for jet li.. at last.. her dad found him and asked if elaine could take a photo with him.. he declined but we got an autograph instead... heee he doesnt look that good in person though.. he has an acned face but nonetheless i really like his movies...
