how to start managing my money

1. I should start recording whatever i spend on.Because i have seriously no idea what i spend my money on, how much, why and how..

2. I should start saving at least 30% of whatever income and allowance i get monthly.

3. Apart from that, i should also start to pay for my german courses and tennis lessons and whatever miscellenous shit that i decided to splurge on from the remainding 70% only. Instead of letting it eat into whatever money i have in the bank. What goes into the bank should stay inside the bank.

4. Which means that i have to start figuring how much of that 70% i can actually use.

5. Which also means that i probably have to survive on like 30 bucks a week i think?

6. Which is completely impossible ? maybe it'd be possible since i dont freaking spend any money in school. BUT ONLY IF I STOP BEING LATE FOR SCHOOL AND STOP TAKING CABS.

7. Which reminds me that i should just start factoring the 57.50? uni bus concession .. and then about another 10 bucks for the train.. which reminds me.. that i should start planning a timetable that makes me travel as little as possible.. and that i should start figuring whether my transport expenditure makes it worthwhile to get a concession.

8. And i should start entertaining the idea of shutting my UOB debit card far far away and only carrying around my DBS debit card where i shall only deposit enough to last me for a month.

9. And in case you're wondering why im suddenly thinking about all these.... I'm trying to save up for my second degree... maybe in singapore.. maybe to germany if i master my german.. maybe just for travelling ( pls dont let that be the case) ... maybe for investment purposes.. or maybe im just saving up for my first house installment.. which might serve as investment assets.. because im sure as hell that if i dont start utilizing my money properly.. ill never be able to afford a car or a house even in my sweetest dreams.. REALITY people.. this is singapore.. you didnt think that the people nowadays purchased their first homes just by saving their salaries did you? BTW we're like in the top 10? most expensive cities in the world to live in.. and in South asia.. The most expensive city.

10.That being settled. I now only have to think of a way to materialize items
(1-9) . easy peasy.. MY BIG FAT ASS. well at least i have something somewhat resembling a plan. DO YOU?
